Everyone, meet Patti!
Patti is our veteran Customer Service Account Manager having worked with AJ on and off for over 16 years! Patti is fast and efficient while processing your orders. Have a sticky situation? Patti has the ability to see a challenge and overcome it with great optimism and out-of-the-box thinking. Patti will almost always have a laugh to share with you when you order with her.
We want you to get to know our IHC team. So here is our fun Q&A with Patti!
1.Tell us a little about you! What are your hobbies, what do you like to do on your weekends/time off, etc?
I love to relax with my family. I have been married for 14 years and we have a 12 year old daughter and a 10 year old son. They keep us busy!
2. Give us some of your favorites! Examples: Food, Ice Cream, movies, music artist, sport, activity, etc.
My husband and I love to watch horror movies. The scarier, the better! I love the months of October, November and December because of the colder weather and the holidays. I love Christmas!!
3. When did you start with AJ?
May of 1997 until February 2002, on and off over the years. Full time again May of 2012.
4. What’s your favorite thing about working at AJ?
We are not micromanaged and we are trusted to make our own decisions. The atmosphere is light and casual and I enjoy working with my coworkers.
5. What does our IHC service & philosophy mean to you?
Customer’s needs come first. I try to strive to meet all of their needs in a timely and positive manner. When the customer is happy, I feel that I have done my job.
6. If you were stranded on a deserted island what 3 things would you take with you?
My husband and children (that counts as one, right?), shelter and unlimited food supply.

Friendly, funny, outgoing, helpful and kind
